減価償却制度の改正（2）

■新しい減価償却制度の適用はいつから？？

新しい減価償却制度は、平成19年4月1日以後に取得した減価償却資産に対して適用されます。
(平成19年4月1日以降に終了する年度の申告から適用されることになります。)

ちなみに、平成19年3月31日以前に取得したもので、平成19年4月1日以後に使用を開始した減価償却資産については、使用を開始した日に当該減価償却資産を取得したものとみなすため、新しい減価償却制度を適用することになります。
