■償却可能限度額及び残存価額の廃止について


？残存価額とは？

 

≫減価償却資産が廃棄される時に、廃材として売却し回収できるであろう価格のことを言います。
（ちなみに現行の法定の残存価額は取得価額の10％です）


改定後の減価償却資産はこの残存価額が廃止されたため、平成19年4月1日以後に取得した減価償却資産は減価償却終了後、最終的に残存価額の1円まで償却可能になります。


◇では、適用前の平成19年3月31日以前に取得した減価償却資産の取り扱いについてはどうなるのでしょうか？

 

償却可能限度額（現行は95％）まで償却した年度の、翌年度から5年間で均等償却できることになりました（最終的に、残存価額の1円まで償却可能です）。


もう一度、１回目の図を見てみましょう。

 

減価償却


・平成19年3月31日以前に取得した減価償却資産で償却費の累計が取得価額の95％まで到達しているものは、95％に到達した年度の翌年度以降に償却を実施し、最終的に残存価額1円まで償却可能です。

 

ただしこの規定は、「平成19年4月1日以後に開始する年度」から適用となりますので、平成19年3月31日以前に開始した年度については適用されませんのでご注意ください。

 


◇平成19年3月31日以前に取得し、平成19年4月1日以後に予算をかけて改良等を行ったものはどうなるの？

 

例：平成19年3月31日以前に取得した会社社屋のリフォームを平成19年4月1日以後に行った

 

１）会社社屋の取得価額＝旧償却方法で計算


　　リフォーム部分の取得価額＝新償却方法で計算
    (※つまり新と旧の減価償却を一つの減価償却資産に対して平行に行う事になります）
   

2）会社社屋の取得価額＋リフォーム部分の取得価額＝旧償却方法で計算

 

この場合は、1）と2）の２つのケースが出てきます。

 

計算方法のいずれを採用するかですが、実際計算した上で償却限度額が高い方を採用した方が税務上有利となります。
